$4000 a Door In Opportunity
Mar 16, 2023I just pulled the car over for a second and ran for jazz. I'm a little hot, like a K warm. When we turned off this car, we just went into West Vancouver; we've got a little zone, AKA a mini zone within our region, that we've started to farm. It's not a new area for him, but it is a new area. This is a foreign area, and I don't do any business out here. So I need recognition.
They don't know who I am. Like, it's different from my area where I go on. They're like, Oh, hey, Ashley. This has been eye-opening for me. And I wanted to let you know our results when today. So today, we hit one street up and down. So like a city block, we did two city blocks. And we did both sides. So we looped around, and we got the contract for one woman, and she told us what she was looking for and that she would be willing to sell if we could locate that property.
Now the Commission on those two properties the sale and buy for this one prospect would be around $80,000. Now, if you take that by the number of homes we hit, which was in and around 25, For every door we had today, whether they say yes or no, those doors were worth $4,000 apiece if we closed with this prospect that we met.
We can close, so it doesn't matter who says yes and no. The one woman we met is wonderful. She was a yes, and we had some Karen's today, okay, some people that were just like not having it, but those people that weren't having it are still paying us like we're still getting $4,000 a door to hit it. So we don't look at our sale number, like the person who said yes. We know every door counts, and every door is paying us technically because we're one door closer to our next. Yes, which is the paycheck to make about $4,000. Every door I knocked on, and I was only out for one hour. That's not bad. If I were to do that once daily, you could buy a condo every other day. Isn't that crazy? You're not going to 1000s. You can purchase enough houses and a new plan starting.
