Agent Renovation Enters the Real Estate Game

I'm Ashley Nielsen. The first thing for you to know about me is I don't see real estate or my job the way most people see it. When I look at the world of real estate, I see possibilities for strategizing in every area.

No one taught me to see this way. I figured out that real estate is a game on my own. Once I figured out the game, I put my head down and kept my eyes on my goals. I made my plan and stayed committed to it. Every single day, I kept taking steps in my plan. And it worked. I began reaching my real estate goals, one after another. That showed that my way of thinking was right.

How did I figure it out at first? Basically, I wanted to escape the herd of agents in my city. I didn’t want to be in the same lane as 14,000 other agents. So I taught myself to compete against myself. This allowed me to level up my goals and achievements in ways that weren’t possible before. The only thing I competed against was my own wins. Instead of competing with other agents. I kept looking at my own game and how well I was doing in it. This allowed me to see what worked and what didn’t. I started to see the rules. Then I created processes and strategies. The more I did this, the better I executed my plans. I kept leveling up again and again as I learned more strategies and improved my systems.  

Eventually, I wanted to switch lanes again to play at a higher level. I wanted to open my own office and raise my own team. I had already started my other brand, Soul Renovation, and wanted to bring some of that inspiration into an agent office. I wanted to elevate my real estate game to yet another level. I also wanted to start to train other agents to do the same for themselves. 

Opening my office took my game to new heights, but in different ways than I expected. When I opened my office, I learned how to craft rules, strategies, and a bigger real estate game vision (literally with my map system). I learned to break it all down into steps anyone could understand. My agents also learned  to see where and how they could pass levels. And I learned how to deliver these ideas in a way that makes sense to other agents. I mastered the real estate game on an entirely new level in a way that helps agents at any level in their game. It proved again that I was right. Real estate is one big game because every time I crafted more strategies and more systems, I got further ahead. And so did the agents I was training. 

During the last five years, I have learned a lifetime of real estate knowledge. I have executed and tested my strategies on a large scale with agents of varied age, experience, and personalities. AND in a fluctuating market. My army of agents tested what I was teaching them. At one point, I had 13 agents on the ground knocking every day, bringing me back data. This gave me the ability to really study and learn what works. I could see what went right and what went wrong. I could see what material got an agent in the door and what material got doors slammed. I had enough numbers that I could look at door knocking math and metrics on a large-scale. I could do exact calculations. And overall, I was able to see which strategies consistently worked in their game. It wasn’t about my personal game anymore.  All of this raised me to the top of my game. And it has given me the industry experience and knowledge to write this course for you. All of this training brought me full circle to become your teacher. It taught me how to win big in the real estate game so that I could teach you. 

I love what I learned, but honestly, these were expensive lessons. Learning all of this easily cost me half a million dollars. I don’t want you to have to put in that kind of investment to learn the same thing. And you don’t need to open your own office and raise a team to learn it either. 

That’s why I have now taken the step of launching these agent training courses. Every single course and lesson is based on practical learning from my own agent life. It’s also based on helping other agents transform their real estate game from the ground up. I haven’t just mastered the game. I’ve mastered how to share the game with you. 

Basically, I went through three stages of my game evolution. I learned the lessons and gamification myself. Then, I learned to implement strategies in my own game. Finally, I learned how to teach others those lessons and strategies. Ultimately, I raised a team of agents, some of whom had never sold real estate before in their lives, and turned them into highly profitable door knocking pros. Now, I look at the real estate game as a game that any agent can learn to play.

I’ve created Agent Renovation so you can get laser focused on meeting your real estate goals. I’ve put all the pieces together as a playbook for you to follow step-by-step in your real estate game. You just need to follow along like working your way down a checklist. And, of course, always DO the work along the way. 

My mission is to help you meet your goals without having to put in a mammoth investment the way I did. I’m also telling you my story here to show you that you can aim higher. I’m here to show you what is possible! It’s time to stop playing small in your real estate game. Here's the simple story there. The name “Agent Renovation” literally means what it says. 

On every level, I have renovated my agent life with gamification. But the truth is that I had no idea I would be starting something this big the day I started gamifying my agent life. Yet, that move initiated massive shifts in my real estate life. It caused me to tear down everything I thought I knew and rebuild it all with an even stronger foundation.

Now, Agent Renovation is based on everything I’ve done and learned myself during that shift. Using all of the knowledge I share here,  you’ll be able to renovate your agent life too.
