The funny thing is that a lot of people seem to think that the route to winning is building things big. They want a big team or a big office.  You don't need to do any of that. As somebody who has done that, and literally paid the price, let me tell you those are NOT the moves that will lead you to the biggest wins. Those moves might feed your ego or outward image but they won't feed your bank account.
