Example 1: Use a mini seller's guide for expired listings. When going to expired listings, you don't always want to hand out your big eight-page seller's guide. Instead, use a simple, thin glossy page like a mini seller's guide, which is more cost-efficient and will get the job done.

Example 2: Put your logo front and center. Your logo is more important than your name. People will recognize you in your farming area based on your logo, so make sure it's the first thing they see on all your marketing material.
