Don't Avoid Expired Listings

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that an expired listing is a dead listing. The opposite is true! Expired leads can be your hottest leads!
These are the most targeted leads you'll ever find! You already know these people want to sell their home! They are active sellers. They wanted to sell their home but, for whatever reason, couldn't. In the Scripts Module, you’ll learn more of what to say to these homeowners. What is important is that farming expired listings is a key game strategy. This isn't a random door with a small chance of a yes. This is your best chance in the entire game for a YES!
Listings expire everyday. When a listing expires in your farming area, act fast and be the first one to arrive at the door. You couldn’t knock on their door while it was an active listing. Now it’s fair game. You can talk to them about overcoming the pain points that kept the listing from selling. You might strike gold with this prospect and get the listing so definitely build expired listings into your strategy. Get yourself to those doors as soon as you can. Other smart agents will attempt to visit too so get there first.
