Door Knocking - Box Considerations
Mar 26, 2023At agent renovation, we teach realtors and coach them on winning strategies for winning out the door. In today's video, I will explain how we carry our material and the importance of the box. Let us help you make your real estate easier! The box is essential when it comes to door-knocking and handing out material!
This is all strategy. I said the boxes are essential. We're going to keep it protected. And clean even the rain out. Is the dirt out? Isn't everything perfect for the next house?
Yeah, so hold the box set for a second. Then, put
the lid on it. Yeah, wow, look at that.
Sleek and clean, we protect everything in our office in this organized and beautiful weather. Can you talk about the size of the box? You're known even to take the third size, which we don't have on the table, which is even more significant.
To have your points across, once you count your houses and almost materials, which was all about caring not more than you need and not less than you have to get your number correct number rights, you're not wasting time.
Get it by; it's a new agent that resources are paying. And in the beginning, buying things such as materials can cost a lot. For example, you often purchase over 5000 or 10,000 in quantity when purchasing new pads for a reasonable price. And often, the price difference can be three times the price of the order in a lower amount, and we know that you want to get the most mileage out of your marketing order, especially in the beginning. For this reason, having a weather-protected leg, as Jason pointed out, is very important.
You want your material to stay dry. Heaven forbid you to talk to your boss for the day, and you ruin all your material. The box is essential because you want a listing out of the fabric. Another thing about the box we carry with you is that it might sound like I'm talking about a box. But this matters in the long run. You must remember every day that you're managing your shorthand and long game to win in your real estate in your short game.
You do not want to burn yourself out door knocking one day. Your long game will suffer because of that. At my height and weight, I cannot carry the large box for an hour; what ends up happening is that it hurts my back, and I get tired too quickly. It also leaves you looking just shovelled out the door. I want it to look like this when I arrive at the door, so I can't carry the same boxes, Jason; that's a consideration to consider.
Instead, I use the little box. I will link the specific boxes we employ in the description below. You can click the link if you want to use the same boxes. I choose to use the smaller box for me. I can manage and carry this. I can sustain this with my posture and my look all day. That is another reason why I love this box and watch the best. I can hold it with one arm. It fits perfectly in my arm, and it will for most people at that point; throughout the game, door knocking, I make sure to change which component I hold it on. This is important, and if you carry it all day on one side, you will notice this in your back after a couple of weeks. You want to be rotating it once you're up against those pads and knock knock one hand straight. Having a hands-free one-door knocking is vital. Suppose you are not knocking in Paris and carrying the box yourself. This will make a difference. So if you have a partner, one of you can carry the box, and one of you can do the knock.
The box is a masterpiece in your consideration of the door-knocking strategy; this is an athlete's agent renovation, and as always, if you liked this video, check out our description.
