We have that on our mini sellers' guide because these are what we use to approach expired listings. When we're going to expire listings, we don't always want to have our big eight-page sellers guide that cardstock. Some of those marketing materials cost 710, $15 apiece.

Now you could spend that, but if you're going to hit mass amounts of experience on your expired farming day, something this simple. This is just an excellent thin glossy page, which is much more cost-efficient and will do the job for you.

I recommend using these from people you meet you know at your office window or at expires or anything where you're handing out a lot of them quickly. Use your proper seller's guide if you're going to a listing presentation or a sit-down interview—the difference between the full-size seller's guide and the mini seller's guide. You can see the full one is multiple pages. This one is thick cardstock, quite wide and very thick. The other one is just glossy and simple. So the difference is we've condensed a mini version or mass handing them out
