Know Your Customer
Mar 11, 2023Is your strategy for how you're going to sell that home? Let them know what you're going to do as their agent. As you know, I don't believe in all the bells and whistles. So be clear and concise with communication. Say exactly what you're going to do. And nothing more, don't over-promise. Don't say you're going to do things you don't do. And don't oversell yourself.
Some people need to work harder with their marketing page. And you have to keep in mind who your audiences are. Yes, if you're going to an audience of a 20, or 30-year-old customer, then maybe they'll be wowed by pages and pages of social media and stats, but often most of my prospects are in their 50s, 60s, 70s and older, and that's not going to relate your drive home. Although I let them know that we do online marketing, they are more interested in what I'm doing in print form.
As you know, I believe in modern and traditional real estate and try to blend both within my seller's guide. I highlight my conventional real estate more than my modern real estate simply because I know the customer and the consumer I'll sit down with when I review these documents. So I highlight the best you sometimes want to say only some of what you will do. You don't need to outline everything; outline the most important things you want them to know and recognize.
