How do your fees work?
Do you have X in your network?
How often and when are you available?
How many clients are you currently representing?
Have you sold homes in this area and in my price range before?
How many homes have you sold in my neighborhood in the past year?
How will you help me prepare my home to sell?
How do you plan on marketing my home?
Will I be working with you directly or with a team?
What are the average days on market for your listings?
What is your average list-to-sales price ratio?
How quickly can you arrange for me to view a home?
What’s happening in this area, and how can that impact home prices?
How did you arrive at this listing price?
How can I increase the selling price?
And “Do I need to make repairs or hire a stager?”
