Outwork Them When You Are a New Agent
Mar 11, 2023If you want to get stronger in Real Estate, it's a pay-to-play game. Being a new Real Estate Agent, you can outspend anyone with your resources. And that includes time. By putting in the time, you cannot work with someone no longer doing the work. That is how some agents go from being zero to number one in as little as a year.
The person who supposedly ruled that area doesn't have time to visit their zone. They are busy with other things in their business. They need to put energy into their established sites. They spend their valuable time and resource on maintaining their top clients. This means they can't defend their territory. Don't listen to someone who tells you don't go there. Somebody already dominated that area.
No one is ever as dominant as you think. Never shy away from going to someone else's site. By going there, you are taking action. Most of the time, those who are dominant in an area need to start doing the work. They are writing on residual business from past efforts. They are no longer active there. This makes the site an easy target for a takeover. The fact that you were there and doing the work is your most significant advantage.
