Patterns and Efficiency
Jun 06, 2023You can see patterns and so much more by working with a visual CRM map. You see conversion rates. You see you went out for X number of days. Black boxes are your results. You also see turnover. You can clearly see black boxes turning to purple listings. Your next level is a diamond on top, a sold.
Even if you only have a little printed wall map, for a zone of around 100 houses, you can track it and look at patterns. Mark all active listings and solds in your area each week. This is how you learn your streets and see patterns connected to your work. By highlighting areas in which you’re making more progress than others, the board helps you see where you can improve. What is the total number of doors you knocked on? How many leads have you gotten in that community? It teaches you so much! Remember, what we measure, we can improve!
Your conversion rate is right in front of you! Your highest conversion is where the most lead doors are marked. If you ever feel discouraged, looking at this always provides inspiration. Just go back and visit your winning areas more often. Look at your map’s patterns and adjust your strategy to win faster. Work smarter, not harder!
