If you want to arrive at the same top spot, the spot you've been dreaming about ever since you watch those television shows, you need to step into your game and do the work. 

Basically, gamification will take your career beyond what you'd be able to achieve using any other strategy. Knowing and doing are two different things though. 

Many agents learn what to do, but then never do it. 

To be a winner, you must implement what you learn and play to win. Part of what you will learn in this course is how to inspire yourself towards action. No one else can do the work for you. How long it takes you to become successful in your game is 100% up to you. You will have to learn, practice and master the required skills to keep leveling up. This isn't a game of intelligence. It's an action game, you have to keep stepping on to the field, you will rise to your next level when you faced enough doors. 

Before I gamified my real estate career I used to be very hard on myself. I thought I wasn't doing enough each day. When I began tracking my wins and approaching my agent career as a game. I began leveling up in ways faster than before. That's why no gamification can help you to gamification breaks real estate down into levels so that you can see how and when to pass them. If you follow the same approach to being an agent, you will begin passing levels in your career to anyone who shows up and does the work and the game will start winning more in their game.
