In real estate, there are levels of domination. Like in the game of Risk, you can gradually conquer farming areas. First, you gradually conquer individual zones. Then, you advance in your game and conquer an even larger region that encompasses smaller zones. There is a hierarchy. Some agents conquer whole city sections and are familiar throughout an entire city. It’s like politics, just like you have your local city mayor and a provincial mayor.

You do want to conquer areas as you grow and level up your game. But you want to do this step by step. Once you conquer one area, you can focus on conquering more areas. Do this bit by bit. When you are ready and have enough zones, you might jump a level and conquer an entire region. 

It’s also important to remember that  “conquering” an area is not about being the number one agent. You have conquered an area when you have achieved familiarity.  You’ll know if you’ve conquered your area long before you see an award at your office stating it. You’ll know you’ve conquered your area when residents start saying hi and greet you by name whenever you walk there!

Pro Tip: When you have the resources to manage it, get a bus stop in each community to help you conquer it. This requires a higher level of financial resources but can be worth it. It’s a milestone to work towards when leveling up in a larger area.
