In this video, I start to answer the question, "Why Door knock?" and I explain who else uses it.
Why should you door knock door knocking has been a common way to sell and build connections in communities since at least the 80s.
In the early days, it was mainly salespeople canvassing a community to sell everything from vacuums to encyclopedias. However, it quickly became common for other community based organizations such as the Girl Guides and Boy Scouts.
Even politicians use door knocking when they are campaigning. Even though door knocking is less common since the boom of internet marketing it is still used and for agents door knocking remains one of the most effective prospecting techniques
