I’ve always felt bad for new agents. Real estate licensing teaches little about what to do once you are licensed. You are trained on so many things that do not directly apply to YOUR job. For example, mortgages. You’re trained on mortgages but you can’t actually talk about them. You aren’t a mortgage broker.

When you are preparing to become a real estate agent, you are not trained on actual prospecting. Yet, you need to learn how to generate actual business.But for that, standard training programs leave high and dry. 

Unfortunately, there are so many online gurus with gimmick ideas. They might even promise you the moon. They know you want to make money. But I don’t want you to fall for any of these gimmicks.
