Door Knocking For Realtors
Feb 09, 2022The more you get used to gamification in your real estate career the more you will understand that one of the greatest hacks in the game is elevating your character stats and it's easy to do and within your control
Gamify To Chase Personal Goals When you switch your thinking to gamification, you are always chasing personal goals to level up. When we are children, we’re told to chase our goals. We're asked what we want to do and we're excited about dreaming and sharing our goals. No matter how big they are, it's time to get back to that you are meant to grow and dream. You are meant to build yourself up.

You are meant to chase your personal goals. You are meant to have your personal definition of success. You are not meant to chase someone else's. You're meant to achieve something that is unique to you. The only way to pass levels is for you to chase your personal goals, not those given to you by society or someone else.
Hustle
I recently read a quote by Elon Musk, where he said that you needed to figure out how to do your 10-year plan in six months. Hustling in your game is condensing your plan to achieve goals in a shorter amount of time. And to level up faster. Hustling towards your goals is a great thing. My game approach is always to do the work. Now, to use a bike riding analogy. When you start early, the hill you have to climb isn't as big, you won't have to ride uphill as long.
