Exposure For Realtors - Leverage What You Have - Store Windows
Aug 23, 2022Time for me to take down because this is my game to play. Hi guys, and welcome back. If you are new, my name is Ashley and this is Agent renovation, where we show you everything behind the scenes of how we set up our store and built our team from nothing, literally nothing. So today we're back outside of our storefront. And I'm just showing you guys another piece we have working in our benefit from our store window. So here today, we're gonna just look at this simple little box. This cost all of 1999 on Amazon, we ordered like three of them just to see which one we liked best. And we shipped the other two back. And all this is is a waterproof little case that got stuck on with magnets, and it just holds our business cards. Now you're gonna notice we don't actually have this right over by all our other information. And that is on purpose. Our other walls are about adding value and providing education and information to our prospects. It's not about us. So for that reason, we have the cards here, right next to the phone number, everybody has to walk past this side of the store to go look at the windows. And yeah, that's it, this simple little thing has really changed our business. You know, we were operating for years without having cards here. And yes, the phone number is huge. However, you want to remove every step and every barrier, easily limit the amount of steps a person needs to do to get in contact with you. You may have a store window and think, oh gosh, my phone numbers huge on there, they're gonna call me but you've just made it their job to put you in their phone and remember to call you and type you in as a contact. That's an extra step for them that they may not want to do at that moment. They may be walking by man, I really I've been meaning to call her or I've been meaning to interview that company. And they walk by anything. I'll do it next time. However, if you have your cards right next to where the number is on your storefront or any other massive piece of exposure you have like this, of course it can just go like this. Great. I'll call her later and they throw it in their pocket. Make it easy for your prospects to get a hold of you. This isn't actually for major renovation.
