If you want to get stronger, you're new and eager. You watch selling sunset. You watch the million-dollar listings, and you did your part. You went to real estate school, and you passed the exam. And now you're ready to go out and get after it. You want to get those luxury listings, big paychecks and drive fancy vehicles, just like you watch the agents and television.

Those shows highlight that when you win in the real estate game, you win large, but those shows need to show you the work that goes into rising to that level. You can get to that level; all of this is possible in real estate, but you get there by doing the work. Yes, you have much more work to do. Passing the exam was just the beginning. To achieve your goals, you must face the reality that anyone sitting at the top deserves their place there.

The common denominator of all successful agents is that they did the things other people didn't want to do. The door knocked until their feet lied, or they dialed until their phones died. Guess what? Anyone who looks talented and real estate is just skilled in the game.
