If you want to get stronger in Real Estate Game, you need to know who else is in your farming area or attempting to be. When preparing listing presentations, you should know your advantages over that agent. It would be best never to say anything wrong about another agent because you're not allowed to. Giving respect serves you well in your game, and it doesn't look good to the community either.
Note down your competitor's strengths:
However, you want to know your strong skill points, character, stats, and out when as an advantage. What are your competitors' strengths? What are your strengths? You know what your competitors' weaknesses are. You don't have to say that it's a weakness of theirs. Highlight that you build strength in this area, and you can say you're the best at that one thing.
Looking For Competition:
Furthermore, you need to know what the competition is doing around you. You should know what other agents are good at and what they're not good at. Every established agent has things they are masters. And every agent has things that are their Achilles heel, meaning they suck at it.
There are things in my business, and I won't share with you, that I suck at, and if another agent were to be good in that area, they would win against me.
However, if you study your competition, you should know what their skill sets are and what your skill sets are, know review over achieve certain things they cannot and know their weaknesses. So, see if this tip could help you with your next listing presentation.
