Door knocking is timeless and consistently compelling. And I choose to teach you because I use it in my game. And I know it works. It has been the most productive use of my resources. And you can use it to level up your real estate game quickly and profitably. 

Realtors have regularly used door-knocking since the 1980s. And it's always been effective at generating new leads. 

In this course, I'll teach you exactly how. Here's a bit of the theory behind it. Agents winning in the game are not the ones who are the most knowledgeable. Agents winning in real estate are the ones who are winning at the game of warming up prospects. 

Have you wondered why some agents hit it out of the park while others don't experience the same level of success? It's different from what you think. It's that effort wins over talent. Real estate is not a game of talent. Winning here is about strategy and skill in the game. 

You'll be successful when you choose a winning strategy and follow a plan. People need to hire the agents with the best rankings. They're hiring the realtor they like, and you're approachable and familiar. Door knocking is the fastest way to build familiarity and become a likeable expert people trust. How often have you heard someone say they've listed with somebody they knew or a friend?

People want to list with someone familiar whom they can trust, not a name in an advertisement. Farming and door-knocking are how you plant these seeds and build these connections. You want people to think of you when they think about somebody they like, and no door-knocking can work for you in every market and city. Once you know the strategies that play and how to work them.

Prospecting is no longer daunting; you can turn it into your favorite profit-producing activity. I love door-knocking and look forward to it because I know how well it works. I have built excellent connections at the door.

The funny thing is that many people think that the route to winning is making something big. They want a big team or a big office. You don't need to do any of that, as somebody who has done not and paid the price for it. Let me tell you, those are not the moves that will lead to the most significant wins. Those moves might feed your ego or outward image, but they won't provide your bank account. I've done the math, and the winning plan is always door-knocking. Your profit in the game goes up the more often you hit the ground door knocking.

Driving your game with door-knocking is where you'll meet the most success and rise to the highest levels. Think of door knocking as a $30,000 Trick or treat. Knock, Knock, jackpot. I get it, though, door knocking can be intimidating if you need to be more experienced. It's easy to run out of time, energy and money if you try to trial and error it yourself. Learning what you need to know can take a long time without guidance. That's why I'm teaching you this door-knocking course. It takes away the need for trial and error. I want to give you a direct path to those golden doors.
