Why Hustling is a Good Thing as an Agent
Oct 22, 2022I recently read a quote by Elon Musk, where he said that you needed to figure out how to do your 10-year plan in six months. Hustling in your game is condensing your plan to achieve goals in a shorter amount of time. And to level up faster. Hustling towards your goals is a great thing. My game approach is always to do the work. Now, to use a bike riding analogy when you start early. The hill you have to climb isn't as big, you won't have to ride uphill as long. When you get to the top the downhill ride is a breeze as your pipeline of clients is set up and paying you back. The alternative is to choose YOLO and take the longer bigger hill. You'll ride that hill longer, slower and possibly for the rest of your career. The bottom line is that hustling is about getting everything set up so that it can work for you. It's about becoming an ultra powerful, productive and aligned real estate agent get stuff done now that will serve you later. You are simply giving up your time and energy now so that you can have more freedom with your time later. That's a worthy short term sacrifice.
